By downloading or using GetForkliftCertified, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Training & certification disclaimer

Our content is designed to align with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 formal instruction and knowledge-evaluation requirements. OSHA requires a hands-on practical evaluation performed by the employer in the workplace. Completing the app alone does not by itself satisfy all employer obligations. Employers remain responsible for the final certification and evaluation of each operator.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Team administrators are responsible for the operators they invite and manage.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, share certificates fraudulently, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
