Forklift Certified is operated by Flat Earth Equipment, Sheridan, WY("we", "us"). We provide forklift operator training and certification through our website and mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information (such as name and email), training progress and exam results, and basic device and usage analytics used to operate and improve the service. For team accounts, managers can view the training status of operators they invite.
How we use information
To deliver training, issue certificates, track renewals, provide team reporting, respond to support requests, and improve the product.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited, how visitors arrived (referrer and, for Google, campaign parameters), and whether a checkout started or completed. These tools set first-party cookies or similar identifiers. We do not use them to sell personal information or build remarketing audiences beyond measuring our own ads and site.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app, or when required by law.
