GetForkliftCertified("we", "us") provides forklift operator training and certification through our mobile apps and website. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information (such as name and email), training progress and exam results, and basic device and usage analytics used to operate and improve the service. For team accounts, managers can view the training status of operators they invite.
How we use information
To deliver training, issue certificates, track renewals, provide team reporting, respond to support requests, and improve the product.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app, or when required by law.
