Is this certification OSHA-compliant?

OSHA also requires a hands-on practical evaluation performed by the employer in the workplace — the platform covers the formal instruction and written test, and gives managers the tools to run and document that evaluation.

Can I pay by invoice or purchase order? Do you have a W-9?

Yes. Annual plans can be invoiced with a PO, and we'll send a W-9 or vendor packet on request — email sales@getforkliftcertified.com. Monthly plans are card-only so they can start instantly.

What happens if I need more than 10 seats on the Crew plan?

Add extra seats for $29 each (one-time, not monthly) right from the dashboard, or switch to the Facility plan for unlimited operators at one location.

Do operators need to download an app?

No. Operators train in the browser on any phone or computer from the invite link. The free iOS and Android apps are there for anyone who prefers them, and progress syncs either way.

Do certifications expire?

OSHA requires re-evaluation at least every three years, or sooner after an incident or when assigned a new vehicle type. The platform emails each operator automatically at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before their certification expires and sends you a manager digest, so nobody lapses.
